Meaningful Experience An internship provides an opportunity for you to get to know BT&Co. and for us to get to know you. You will have the same experiences and responsibilities early in your internship that are provided to a recent graduate we have hired. Interns are given an opportunity to work on a variety of client engagements in various departments in our firm. We want you to have a meaningful experience during your internship so that you have a better understanding of our firm, as well as deeper knowledge of the accounting profession. Upon completion of your internship, if both you and the firm feel the internship has gone well, you may receive a job offer to become a BT&Co. team member when you graduate. Our Program We offer both spring and summer internship programs. You will be asked to devote your semester/summer to the internship program and then return to school the following semester to continue working toward your degree. Eligibility Internships are available for juniors and seniors majoring in accounting with at least 3.0 or higher grade point average.
