Our Discovery Process Ensures We’re Both Comfortable With The Relationship
And That It Is Set Up For Long-Term Success.

Here’s How Our Process Works:

1. The Discovery Meeting: 
This is an initial meeting to discuss your business and your needs, challenges, opportunities and goals for the future. We'll cover the basics and get a good idea of the “lay of the land.”  

2. The Plan of Action: 
If we both feel like moving forward is good idea, we will draft a plan of action for you. When that’s complete, we’ll  meet to review it. We prefer to offer a fixed-price service plan that includes all of the services we will provide for the next year. Fixed prices = no surprises for you.

3. The Foundation: 
The initial phase of working together will include any preliminary or planning work as determined by the plan of action. This might include altering software setup or the chart of accounts, reviewing documents, looking through historical records, etc. This foundational work isn’t always fun (unless you love accounting, like us) and sometimes can feel like taking a step backward, but it is absolutely critical to set things up and have a complete understanding at the outset so we can build for Big Wins in the future.
